Where are we going?

An awesome gym owned by Mike, in Marbella, Spain. A purpose built facility to train in the sun with the biggest outdoor assault course you have ever seen (record for completion once is 50 minutes), indoor gym with all the kit you could ever need, boxing ring, outdoor pool, accommodation, kitchen for cooking, crossfit area and chill out room we use for relaxed seminars/meetings.

7-8 Breakfast

What to bring

Water Bottles or Camelbak Hydration
* Rucksack to carry water bottles etc…
* Compeed blister packs, just in case
* Suncream / sun block / after-sun care
* Sun hat, bandanas or caps for exercising in
* Sports sun glasses for UV protection
* Hiking boots that have been worn in
* Medications such as allergy (antihistamine) tablets, pain killers (paracetamol)
Good trainers / sports shoes that have been worn in (suggest 2 pairs)
Smart evening clothes for your last night (group meal out)
Plenty of underwear & socks
Comfy lounge wear for dinner and chilling out after exercise
Plenty of t shirts & a warm sweatshirt / fleece
Exercise pants / shorts / gym clothing
Dressing Gown
Waterproof Flip-Flops / Sandals
Swimming costume / trunks / bikini
(In winter months, please bring a lightweight waterproof & breathable jacket / trousers)
